Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground Manual

Welcome to Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground!

We’re thrilled to have you. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to read through these guidelines.

• Water connections in the resort have a pressure of 90psi to 120psi - for this reason, all rigs must be equipped with an RV water pressure regulator to prevent damage.

• All sites are equipped with a 4" threaded female sewer hose connection. Please ensure you have a suitable airtight connection before your arrival if you are hooking up to our sewer system.

• No Open Flames: Open campfires are strictly prohibited on site due to a local fire ban and wildfire risk. Use designated propane fire rings for cooking with alternative methods such as camp stoves or portable grills.
• Smoking: Smoke only in designated areas and always dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please smoke responsibly and ensure that all smoking materials are fully extinguished before disposal.
• Report Fires: If you spot a wildfire, call 911 immediately and alert campground staff.

• Food Storage: Store all food, cooking utensils, and scented items in bear-proof containers or your vehicle. Never leave food out unattended.
• Trash Disposal: Dispose of all garbage in bear-proof bins provided at the campground.
• Cooking: Cook and eat at least 100 feet away from your sleeping area. Clean up immediately after meals.
• Bear Encounters: If you encounter a bear, remain calm. Do not run. Make yourself look larger, make noise, and slowly back away.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Clean up after your pets.
• Respect Nature: Leave no trace. Respect wildlife and plant life. Stay on designated trails.

Liability Waiver

By booking a site at Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with camping and outdoor activities, including but not limited to exposure to wildlife, natural hazards, and weather conditions.
2. Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur during your stay at the campground, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to your stay at the campground, including attorney's fees and costs.
4. Compliance with Rules: You agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, including but not limited to fire safety, bear safety, quiet hours, and responsible smoking.
5. Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, you agree to go to the nearest hospital or call 911. You consent to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary by Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground staff or emergency responders.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
