We offer extended stay options with License to Occupy contracts renewed every six months. Our rates are competitive with prevailing long-term rates and are calculated using a daily rate structure. Our goal is to provide a resort-style living environment through attentive management and high standards—unlike some long-term stay parks that may not be properly maintained.

Please check price month by month and the total would be the total price. The displayed price would include GST and 2 dollar per day for power for 30A site and 2.5 dollar per day for 50A site. Our rates vary each month. Summer months are more expensive than winter months.
To secure the best pricing for an extended stay, we recommend making one booking on or before November 1, 2025, and a second booking from November 1, 2025, through April 29, 2026.
Our winter season runs from November 1 to April 29, covering a total of 179 nights.
