Winter rates are especially affordable — and when you book 28 days or more, you’ll receive a substantial discount in both winter and summer seasons.

Please refer to our booking system above for the most up-to-date extended stay rates by clicking the "Book Your Stay" button and entering your desired dates. If you have any questions about the pricing for a specific duration, feel free to send us a message. 

Our rates vary each month.
To secure the best pricing for an extended stay, we recommend making one booking on or before October 31, 2025, and a second booking from November 1, 2025, through April 29, 2026.

Our winter season runs from November 1 to April 29, covering a total of 179 nights. If your stay extends slightly beyond this period, we’re happy to honor the same average nightly rate.

Gibsons, BC, experiences cool and mild winters, with average daily high temperatures around 45°F (7°C). The coldest months are typically December through February, with temperatures rarely dropping below 35°F (2°C)  The town is situated near sea level, meaning snowfall is generally minimal. The resort is located at elevation about 200m or 600ft above sea level and south facing.  Gibsons experiences an average of 6.5 snow days per year. Snowfall is relatively light compared to other parts of British Columbia.

Aquatic Facility offers  20-metre lap pool, hot tub, rain pool, tot pool, accessibility lift. Fee for Senior (60+): $4.50. 



Gibsons, BC, has around 30 restaurants. The Sunshine Coast, BC, has around 80 restaurants near Gibsons and Sechelt, offering a variety of dining options, from fresh seafood to cozy cafes and international cuisine.  They are mostly within half hour drive.
